Low Protein Red Cabbage Salad

Yummy Red Cabbage Salad

1/2 red cabbage, sliced thin
1 red onion
little bit of salt
1/4 cup (up to a half) red wine vinegar

heat the vinegar with the salt in a pan. add onions. when they are a bit softer add the cabbage. wilt a little then refridgerate. Tastes great the next day.

Haven't done the phe or protein, but it is very low. Enjoy!!

    Thank you, only suggestion is to add a tiny bit of sugar or honey! The best red cabbage I have had, love it cold! Mom
